A party bus built for mountain nights
Aspen is a town where the best plans never fit in one car. The ski crew wants to hit Aspen Highlands in the morning, the après crowd wants a table at the base of Aspen Mountain by three, and somebody always wants to finish the night in Snowmass or down valley in Basalt. A party bus keeps your whole group together for all of it, with one chauffeur who knows the roads and one vehicle that waits while you play.
Party Bus Aspen is the Aspen-area party bus, Sprinter and limo service of Phat Limo, Colorado's luxury limo and party bus company. Phat Limo is based in Colorado Springs and serves all of Colorado, including the Roaring Fork Valley. We're open 24/7, which matters in a town where flights land late, dinners run long and the night doesn't really start until the lifts close.
Our party buses seat roughly 20 to 50 guests and come with LED lighting, a booming sound system and wraparound seating, so everyone faces each other instead of the back of a headrest. Every vehicle in the fleet has WiFi, so you can queue up the playlist, share photos from the summit, or check on dinner reservations on the way into town.
Why groups choose a party bus in Aspen
Downtown loading and parking take planning, mountain roads can get slick after dark, and a celebration should not depend on a guest driving after drinking. A chauffeured party bus coordinates the group in one vehicle. Confirm the usable pickup entrance at your rental, hotel or condo and the return meeting point; winter conditions and local loading rules may require a nearby alternative.
It's also simply more fun. The ride between stops becomes part of the celebration instead of a chore. Birthday groups, bachelorette parties, ski clubs, corporate retreats and wedding parties can use the shared cabin to spend the travel time together rather than coordinating several separate cars.
- One vehicle for the whole group — no splitting into rideshares
- Chauffeur waits at each stop for the length of your booking
- LED lighting, sound system and WiFi on board
- Room for ski gear, shopping bags and party supplies
- Open 24/7 for early ski starts and late-night returns
Where we go around Aspen
We pick up anywhere in our service area: Aspen, Snowmass Village, Woody Creek, Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs and throughout Pitkin County and Eagle County. Common runs include Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) to downtown, downtown Aspen to Snowmass Base Village, ranch and private-home pickups in Woody Creek, and long-haul transfers to Eagle County Airport (EGE) or Denver.
In good conditions, ASE to downtown Aspen is about 10 minutes, Aspen to Snowmass Village about 20 minutes, Aspen to Basalt about 30 minutes, Aspen to Carbondale about 40 minutes and Aspen to Glenwood Springs about an hour. Winter weather changes everything, so we build realistic buffers into your itinerary.
Choosing the right vehicle
For big groups of roughly 20 to 50, a party bus or motor coach is the move. For smaller crews, our Sprinter party vans — a black 14-passenger and a white 16-passenger — deliver the same LED-and-sound vibe in a nimbler package that fits narrow driveways and tight ski-town streets. Executive Sprinters in 9- and 13-passenger layouts are ideal for ski luggage and airport runs.
Want a classic entrance? Our black Lincoln MKT 10-passenger stretch limo is a bride-and-groom favorite, and we also run white Cadillac Escalade and white Mercedes GLS stretch limos. For quiet, private transfers, black Chevy Suburban and Escalade SUVs are options to request. Not sure? Text us your group size and plans and we'll recommend the best fit.
How pricing works
Party buses and motor coaches typically run $250–$400 per hour depending on vehicle size and season. Sprinter limo vans run $200–$350 per hour, stretch limos $150–$350 per hour and black SUVs $125–$200 per hour. These are ranges, not quotes — the exact price depends on your date, hours, vehicle and route, so always get a FREE custom estimate.
Most bookings have a 4-hour minimum; prom, homecoming and high-season Friday–Sunday bookings have a 6-hour minimum. Your quoted rate is locked in when you book, with no surge pricing later. Chauffeur gratuity is not included.
Booking is a text away

Build the pickup around the street, not just the address
Send the building name and the entrance you actually use, not only a map pin. Downtown Aspen loading areas can be busy, while a home outside town may have an unplowed driveway, a gate or nowhere for a large vehicle to turn. Ask the lodging host about clearance and snow removal before selecting a bus. If the entrance is unsuitable, agree on a legal nearby meeting point and a short indoor waiting plan rather than asking guests to stand beside Highway 82.
Choose one guest to count passengers and exchange messages with the chauffeur. Have everyone gather inside with coats on and bags ready before the vehicle arrives. The time spent finding a missing phone, collecting equipment or walking from separate buildings belongs in the itinerary just as much as driving time. For an evening with several stops, share restaurant reservation times and the last destination in advance; do not assume a loading zone also permits the vehicle to wait there.
A flexible itinerary without unrealistic promises
One hourly booking can cover several agreed movements, but a morning ski drop-off and an evening return are not automatically charged as only the minutes spent driving. Ask how the full span, waiting, vehicle positioning and any separate legs are handled in your estimate. A smaller vehicle is not automatically the cheapest option if it requires repeated trips; compare the complete schedule and luggage needs.
A chauffeur removes the need for a guest to drive after drinking, not the risks of winter travel. Keep aisles clear, use fitted restraints, remain seated while moving and follow the chauffeur's instructions. If roads close or a driveway becomes unsafe, a slower arrival, alternate meeting point or delayed departure may be the appropriate choice. Build your dinner and airport plans around that possibility, and keep warm clothing with you rather than packed under luggage.
