Snowmass Village, connected
Snowmass Village is a destination of its own, with Base Village, the Snowmass Mall area and a mountain so big it can feel like a week isn't enough. Many groups stay in Snowmass condos and homes for the ski-in, ski-out convenience, then want a night out in downtown Aspen. That's about 20 minutes away in good conditions, but it's a winding mountain drive that nobody wants to do after dinner.
Our party buses, Sprinter party vans and limos pick up right at your Snowmass lodging and bring everyone home together at the end of the night.
Popular Snowmass plans
Groups book Snowmass rides for all kinds of reasons: getting the crew to Aspen Highlands or Buttermilk for a change of scenery, birthday dinners in Aspen, bachelorette weekends based at a big rental house, family reunions, and corporate retreats staying at Snowmass hotels.
- Snowmass to downtown Aspen dinners and nightlife
- Ski shuttles to Aspen Mountain, Highlands and Buttermilk
- Airport transfers from ASE
- Wedding and event shuttles for Snowmass venues
Vehicles that fit Snowmass driveways
Some Snowmass rentals sit on steep, narrow roads. Tell us your address when you text, and we'll confirm which vehicles can reach your door. Sprinter party vans (black 14-passenger, white 16-passenger) are nimble and fun. For groups of roughly 20 to 50, a party bus can meet you at an accessible pickup point. Every vehicle has WiFi.
Rates and booking
Party buses and motor coaches typically run $250–$400 per hour, Sprinter limo vans $200–$350 and stretch limos $150–$350, depending on vehicle size and season. Most bookings have a 4-hour minimum; high-season Friday–Sunday bookings have a 6-hour minimum. Your quoted rate is locked in when you book. Text us for a FREE custom estimate — chauffeur gratuity is not included.
Base Village, the Mall and your actual front door
A Snowmass address does not identify a single loading place. Base Village, the Mall area and hillside lodging have different approaches, pedestrian areas and entrances. Send the property's name, street entrance and host's instructions rather than only its booking-platform map pin. Ask about snow removal, gate codes and turning room. A long bus may need an alternative legal collection point even when a Sprinter can reach some nearby buildings. Do not promise doorstep access until the location and conditions have been reviewed.
Decide whether your ski group is meeting at the lodging or walking from separate buildings to one pickup. Ski-in lodging is convenient for the mountain but does not necessarily put a road vehicle at the same entrance guests use in boots. Gather inside, count people and keep bags ready. If the chauffeur must reposition after unloading, agree on a later meeting point rather than assuming the vehicle can wait in a busy base-area curb.
An Aspen night should earn the extra travel
Snowmass has its own restaurants and village atmosphere; not every evening needs a trip downtown. Choose the night that genuinely benefits from an Aspen reservation or event and keep other evenings close to lodging. The roughly twenty-minute Aspen–Snowmass drive in good conditions becomes two movements for an out-and-back, plus loading and any change stop. If dinner ends late, the final return should already be in the reserved schedule.
Fourteen- and sixteen-passenger party Sprinters suit modest groups with confirmed storage, executive layouts can suit airport and ski equipment, and roughly twenty- to fifty-guest buses require suitable loading space. Date, vehicle and retained hours change the estimate; high-season Friday–Sunday has a six-hour minimum while most other bookings have four. Gratuity is separate, and the booked rate does not include unagreed extra hours. For ski mornings, confirm lesson times and mountain loading rules rather than using an evening party schedule. For late returns, keep coats accessible and accept a slower drive if Brush Creek Road conditions demand it.
Airport arrival and the next morning are separate jobs
If the group arrives with cases and suitcases, give the airport and flight details as well as the Snowmass destination. Do not choose the evening party layout first and assume it handles the arrival load. Ask the host which entrance is accessible from the road and where bags can be unloaded. For the next ski morning, confirm whether guests need rental collection or lesson check-in before the general group departs. A room close to a slope may still require equipment handling or a walk to an approved pickup. Keep one itinerary that distinguishes airport transfer, mountain movements and the Aspen evening, so each can be sized and quoted for its own guest and bag count.
